We started this place the way most great parties begin in a kitchen, surrounded by friends and family, arguing over playlists and stirring one more pot of sugo “just in case.” We built it because Melbourne deserved a space where celebrations felt real again: generous, loud, heartfelt, and a little bit glamorous.
